FERMENTED OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients

100g rolled oats
150ml kefir
100ml water
Sweetener to taste
Some fruits and nuts to taste
1 Barebells Double Bite bar

Method

Mix the oats with kefir and water, cover them with a tea towel and leave to ferment in a warm location overnight. In the morning, sweeten the oats to your taste and sprinkle with fruit, nuts and a chopped Barebells Double Bite bar. If you prefer, you can skip the fermentation step and warm the oats with the kefir and water in the microwave or on the stove, just be careful not to boil them, as that will destroy the beneficial nutrients.
